Commercial Mortgage Broker, We arrange financing for all types of commercial properties, specializing in smaller to mid size loans, primarily in the New Jersey and surrounding tri-state areas.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Gary A. Ambrosi began his real estate career over 20 years ago and has been involved in all phases of the commercial real estate industry including real estate brokering, investment property ownership & management, appraisals and real estate consulting. Commercial Mortgage Associates was founded by Gary A. Ambrosi in 1989 as a commercial mortgage brokerage company helping business owners and investors finance small to mid size commercial real estate.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are focused exclusively on commercial real estate lending and do not spend our time financing single family homes, nor do we alter our core values by being swayed by the latest real estate fad.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in Parsippany, NJ

Predominantly the Tri-State area. However we have brokered loans as far as Florida.
