I joke that this career path is my socially acceptable way of rebelling -- I was raised by a terminal pack rat with hoarding tendencies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have been in business for over two decades. During that time, I have been extremely active in my professional association: co-founder of the NJ chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers; Board member for 7 of the last 10 years; continually exceed continuing education requirements (meaning I always know what's new and I'm on top of my game); member of Inaugural Class of Certified Professional Organizers (one of only 200 world-wide).
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, no plans to expand. I go to my clients' homes, and am also available via Skype and Face Time.
