How long have you been in business?
Toni's Techs has been in business since September 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide computer networking and repair services, including: i) design and installation of new wired/wireless networks; ii) upgrade, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing networks; iii) software and hardware security solutions; iv) removal of viruses, Trojans, spyware and pop-ups; v) troubleshooting Internet access and computer boot problems; vi) set-up of iPads and other tablets, peripherals, such as printers/copiers and routers; vii) remote support; viii) data backup and data recovery; ix) and much more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked in the technology industry for 10 years, until I was down-sized from a large, public technology equipment firm in 2005. These days, most homes and offices have a network where multiple computers and peripherals are connected, typically wirelessly. Regardless of the size and complexity of these networks, I believe that small businesses and residential clients should have prompt access to professional, affordable IT services. That's why I started Toni's Techs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our technicians are all highly-trained, certified, very experienced professionals, some having more than 20 years of professional IT experience under their belts. We have patient and caring, English-speaking and Spanish-speaking technicians who will explain our clients' technology problems in terms that our clients can easily understand. Moreover, we stand behind our work and guarantee customer satisfaction; and Toni's Techs has professional liability insurance, which many small IT firms do not have.

Our services are performed at our clients' locations throughout Northern NJ or remotely, when feasible.

What are your hours of operation?
We provide services 7 days per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; and Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. We offer 24/7 Emergency Service at special rates. With Emergency Service we aim for 2-hour arrival time.
